Bought to replace an older style R&K hbar bracket whose handlebar mount had broken, easy to install and works a treat with klickfix bracket.

Does the Klickfix Back Plate include the base mounting plate and 4 screws?

If I order Altura KlickFix Back Plate and KlickFix Cordo CC100

Plate has holes there is some distance between them: cc dimension and the dimension from the top to the bottom holes. Can I get these dimensions?

This is literally just the back plate there is no adapter included and it is not handlebar size specific.
