ProsFits perfectly on the ring
After reading horror stories on line about removing FAG bottom brackets without the right tools i purchased this item. I managed to remove a rusty FAG b/bracket in a couple of minutes. You must have a 32mm spanner or decent adjustable wrench.

ConsYou'd need to be picky to find something wrong
ProsLooks just the job
Did think that I'd have to make this, until I found out from the club site what it was. Nice little tool for the money and with a half inch drive 32mm socket Im sure that it will be no problem removing the nut.

It worked greated, I placed the crank bolt on the adapter with a washer to ensure a good fit. With a big Bahco I succeeded with force to remove my very old and rusted bottom bracked on my old colnago.

ConsNone
ProsInexpensive, simple to use
This little gem worked extremely well with no niggles or snags and is way, way chearper than the Campag branded extractor. When the Cyclo extractor arrived it did feel a little on the light side but whatever about that it worked very well.

Is This Suitable For The Current Brompton Bottom Bracket, Please?

I'm planning to fit a pedal sensor as part of installing a Nano electric wheel.
Hi,

If your bottom bracket is the version with the external splines around the outside of it then this is indeed a suitable tool for removal.

Thanks.
