Exactly what I ordered, fitted them and they run smoothly, I haven't run them on the road yet but don't foresee any problems. Would recommend this company.

105 5800 Front hub
By

When servicing the bearings I noticed that one side had 10 bearings and the other side had 11 bearings. Did one side at a time and didn't loose any.
Each side should have 11 bearings.

Service kits

I have a Shimano Deore HB-M525 VLAN hub and wondered if there was a service kit available

Many Thanks

John
Hi there,

There is not a service kit as such, but in most cases the spares can be purchased. You will need to check whether you have an M525-A, M525-S or M525-L then we will be able to search for the suitable components.

Thanks
Can I Use In Shimano Zee Hub Fh-M648?
By

Hi guys,

Can I replace both the loose ball side and the ball retainer cage side with 3/16 Loose ball all way round? Link to hub specs below. I cannot order a retainer cage in time as all out of stock and everyone seems to say it is fine to replace ball-retainer with loose ball bearings that are the same size as used in the cage, but that you need to just add 1 or 2 more (or 10% more than is in the cage). I know that it's better to have one fewer in there than one too many! Thanks, Nick
Hello,

It is recommended that you use a ball retainer cage so i would advise that this is the best option.

Thanks.
