What indicator to use? And will this work with an S-A AG Dynohub?

For the indicator, I am not sure between HSA 420 and HSA 316.

We simply do not know straight away, the data for the older hubs is harder to find so we cannot confirm that this would be suitable or that either of those indicators would work.

I have an aluminium frame with 135mm old. Would this axle allow me to fit an aw3 hub to this frame?

Although you would need spacers and other parts this axle would be the correct one to fit to your AW hub into a 135mm frame.
