The AeroBrake system is a brand new concept for bicycle brake control. Finally there’s a great solution for braking control while in your aerobar’s. I just had my local bike shop install these brakes with some Dura-ace shifters I had. It looks great, I'm looking forward to my weekend bike ride, gloving them the first test.

ConsLever too short. Expensive
ProsThey are well made and provide functional dual levers.
A little difficult to install (I have tubular foam padding) but works well. I would prefer to have a longer lever to allow space for 3 fingers, instead of only 2. The obvious benefit to this is more braking leverage. No discernable cable friction.

Thank you for your enquiry. We have never stocked the SRAM S-500 bar end shifters so unfortunately we have not be able to test them to see if they would work with this Jtek aero brake, we wouldn't be able to advise with full confidence that it would work.
