Prosunique, works great
I bought one of these for my Catrike recumbent trike, to control both left and right brakes with one hand. I have an injury to my right hand that prevents squeezing the right brake lever. The concern I had was whether it would apply the two brakes evenly to avoid brake steer. It works great! I think is actually an improvement over manually trying to apply each brake two handed. I think trikes should come standard with this lever. I found other dual pull levers, but SJS's lever is the only one I found with the latch button, which is needed on a trike for a parking brake. The only problem I have is that I should have ordered the opposite hand. The left hand lever mounted on a 2-wheeler bike would have the latch button on the outside where I could reach it with my pinkie finger. On the trike however, the lever mounts upside down (with the lever pointing up) which puts the button on the wrong side. My fault for not thinking about that, but a minor issue.

Prosdoes what its meant to
My neighbour has limited strength in her right hand, so I was looking for a single brake lever conversion. Only SJS came up trumps with this well made twin pull lever. It only works with V brakes (the modulation was all wrong with the bike's original cantis). The result is a powerful brake with plenty of feel ,more than adequate for use on the towns cycle paths. I doubt if the parking brake will be needed though.

Will This Work With Disc Brakes?
22 May 2016
I have a Catrike Expedition recumbent trike with Avid BB7 disc brakes on the front wheels. I have limited use of my right hand and want to be able to apply both (left and right) brakes with just the left lever. Would your twin pull lever work for that?
SJS Customer Service:

If you have the MTB versions of the BB7 brakes then they use the same cable pull as v-brakes so will be compatible but if you have the road versions of the BB7 brakes then these use a different cable pull so will not be compatible.
