Question on fitting to 22.2mm diameter stem

Hi, firstly I apologies as I see this question has been asked already. The reason I ask again is that I have had a number of problems fitting a stem clamp cable hanger! I intend to use this to clamp to a 22.2 diameter stem, will it fit or will I need the 7/8 size? I’m sorry to ask again but I want to make absolutely sure before I buy something that does not fit!

Do you have the polished version of the Paul front cable hanger in 25.4mm size - as pictured. The text describes it as silver, which is non-polished.

Hello !
I would like to know that could this product be used on 1 inch quill stem? Or the inner diameter of the clamp is 1 inch? (The steering part of 1 inch quill stem is 7/8 inch ).
