Moulton F Frame series 1 as a front brake
07 Dec 2018
Hi I imagine the Moulton F Frame takes hex nut brakes and this model will be Allen key fitting. Is there a bodge that will make them work? Thanks sandra
You could probably use - SJS Cycles part number : 24266

Max Tyre And Mudguard Clearance?
07 Jun 2017
I want to use these with 630-32 tyres and mudguards. Will they clear the combination (the original Weinmann brakes did...). Thanks.

Unfortunately, these brakes will not fit.

Flat Bar Levers
14 Apr 2017
Can you recommend any levers for flat bars that would work with these brakes?

The flat bar levers suitable for use with caliper brakes that we recommend are the Shimano R550 levers which are SJSC part number 14892.

Lenght Of The Main Bolt
22 Jun 2015
Can you please tell me what is the lenght of the main bolt? I have an older frame, which will not take the recessed allen bolt and dont want to drill if not necessary.

Thank you and best regards

The length of the main bolt varies between the front and rear brakes. The front has a 22mm long main bolt and the rear has a 13mm long bolt. If you are looking to fit these to a frame designed for nutted brakes there is a conversion bolt available for Shimano brakes allowing them to be fitted. The bolt is SJSC part 24266.
