Consnot the best fit
Proshigh quality product
Seems a tight fit against the seat post so dose not hang loose , and points up slightly to much for my liking , so went with Nitto AS-3 , much better.

Does this item have an M6 thread to accept a traditional barrel adjuster?

I'm afraid this item is not threaded at all, it is just designed as a cable stop with the outer cable sitting into it.
