The Brompton x and wander G Line 8-Speed brings together Brompton's go-anywhere folding bike with the distinctive design philosophy of Japanese outdoor brand and wander. Created for riders who move seamlessly between the city and the outdoors, this special-edition G Line combines full-size bike ride characteristics with Brompton's ingenious folding design and a collection of exclusive components and finishing details.
Hand built in London around a durable steel frame, the G Line's larger 20-inch wheels, confidence-inspiring geometry, hydraulic disc brakes and dependable 8-speed hub gearing make it equally at home navigating busy streets, exploring country lanes or heading further off the beaten track.

G Line takes the familiar Brompton formula and expands its capabilities. The larger 20-inch wheels provide greater stability, comfort and confidence over rougher surfaces, while specially developed geometry gives the bike the composed ride feel you'd expect from a full-size bicycle.
Wide Schwalbe Big Apple tyres provide additional cushioning and grip, while a lightweight aluminium fork helps deliver precise, responsive handling.
When the riding stops, it's still unmistakably a Brompton. The bike folds into a compact package in seconds, allowing you to take it on public transport, store it at home or pack it into the car ready for your next adventure.
Smooth, Reliable 8-Speed Gearing.
At the heart of the Brompton x and wander G Line is a Shimano Alfine 8-speed internal hub gear system, providing a versatile range of gears while keeping the drivetrain clean, simple and dependable.
Controlled using a Microshift shifter, the 8-speed setup is ideal for everything from stop-start urban riding to rolling countryside and longer adventures. The enclosed hub design also requires less day-to-day maintenance than a conventional derailleur drivetrain – perfect for a bike designed to be ridden whatever the destination.
A 54T chainset completes a drivetrain designed to deliver smooth, dependable performance mile after mile.

Wherever your route takes you, powerful Tektro hydraulic disc brakes provide predictable and controlled stopping performance.

Exclusive details continue throughout the bike with a bespoke printed Superlight saddle, matching ergonomic grips, custom-colour self-aligning hinge clamps and a specially finished forged front carrier block.
