I bought this rear brake cable for an old 80's Raleigh Cameo ladies bike. It did the job very well. Large barrel one end and a smaller one on the other end. The large barrel fitted the Raleigh brake lever perfectly. It doesn't come with any cable ends to crimp on after you've trimmed it to length (to stop the cable fraying). Luckily I had one spare.

Brilliant price and easy to use. I find these to be just as good as more expensive cables.

I wanted a galvanized cable instead of stainless steel so that I could solder the end instead of clamping an antifray end on there. This allows for easier maintenance and swapping out various parts such as outer cable and brake levers.

This brake cable has one sort of nipple on one end and the other on the other, so you simply snip off the one you don't need.
