I have 12-23 tooth CS-6500 at present but need to replace it.

what derailleur do you reccomend to use with ...

Currently running Dura ace 10 speed 12-27 (max possible with short cage derailleur). Thinking its time for a 30t so if I went for a CS-6700 12-30 cassette is there a Dura -ace derralleur still available that would work or if it has to be Ultegra, which one?

As far as we are aware, no 10 speed DA mechs will do 30t without an extender; you could use RD5701SS for 11-30t.
