This outer chainring can only be used with Shimano Deore XT FC-M780 10 speed triple chainsets with a 42-32-24T set up.
If the correct outer chainring is unavailable you can also use the chainring from the following chainsets:
- Shimano XTR FC-M980
- Shimano Deore XT FC-M770-10
- Shimano SLX FC-M660-10
These are a "B" match which indicates that the parts are usable, but differ in materials, appearance, finish & size etc.
Genuine Shimano replacement part.

SJS Customer Service:
We would generally always recommend a narrow wide chain ring for chain retention and this is a 10 speed ring so we would not recommend it.
