9-speed compatible?

Would this chainring work with Tiagra compact double FC-4550 (9 speed) as inner ring or would the Stronglight Dural (9/10speed) be a better option?
SJS Customer Service:
You will be better off with item #32741 the Sora chainring which is 9 speed and the correct BCD, if you would prefer silver then the Dural chainring would be the better option. SK 26/01/24
Can I use this with a CX50 Chainset please?

SJS Customer Service:
Yes, it shares the same 110BCD 5 arm pattern as your chain set. SK 14/09/23

Hello,
I have a tiagra compact chainset, 50/34. I was looking into changing it to 53/39. I can find the chainrings on shimano website but I can't find them with dealers and I don't understand why? another question will that upgrade work well with shifters?
these are the links from shimano website
