Fit Shimano?
By
31 Aug 2016
Will these fit a shimano ultegra triple chainset?
SJS Customer Service:
Hi,

It depends on the age of your chainset. The newer Ultegra chainsets use single bolts that screw directly into the outer chainring. If you have one of these sets then you'll need to go for the correct replacement bolts offered by Shimano.

Thanks.
Can You Please Confirm Whether This Set Fits My 3-Chainwheel Setup?
By

My bolts are 7mm, the nuts 13mm, and the inner chainwheel uses 3.3mm spacers. None of your sets seem to include spacers, but I can manage with the existing set.
SJS Customer Service:
Hi,

Unfortunately the nuts supplied with these chainring bolts are only 6mm in length. We don't have any that are 13mm in length I'm afraid.

Thanks.
Please Can You Confirm The Length Of The Bolts And Nuts
By

I need to replace my old chainring bolts and nuts. The old bolts are 8.5mm length measured from under the head and the nuts are around 6.5mm to 7mm length measured from under the lip of the nut. The overall length of the bolt is around 11mm and the overall length of the nut around 9mm. They are used with 3.8mm packers between rings. If this set of bolts is not suitable please suggest an alternative. It would be useful if you could explain your descriptions e.g. when it says M8 x 8.5, or states 6.5mm nuts is this the total length or the length under the head. Many thanks.
SJS Customer Service:
Hi,

This bolt set has a bolt with a thread of 8.5mm and a nut that is 6mm in length. These are measured from the end to the underside of the head, all of the bolts on our website should be measured like this.

Thanks.
