For use with Shimano FC-T551 10 speed triple chainsets with a 48-36-26T set up.

This chain guard can also be used on the following chainsets:

- Shimano SLX FC-M670
- Shimano Deore FC-M591
- Shimano Deore FC-M590

These are an "A" match which indicates that the parts are the same in materials, appearance, finish & size etc.

If the correct chain guard is unavailable you can also use the guard from the following chainsets:

- Shimano Deore XT FC-T781
- Shimano Deore XT FC-T780

These are a "B" match which indicates that the parts are usable, but differ in materials, appearance, finish & size etc.

We this fit a Shimano Tourney fc-ty501?

The Shimano Tourney fc-ty501 is a 3 cog set-up with a 48T outer ring and 4 mounting holes at 122mm centres. The original one has broken and a like for like replacement seem impossible to get in the UK.
This shares the same 122mm 4 bolt fixing as the original version so should work. SK 06/02/23
Chain ring guard required

Hi there, I have a shimano tourney tx equipped bike with a SR suntour XCT 48 tooth chain ring.
I need a chain ring guard for this. The fixing points are 11cm and 12cm apart so are not symmetrical. Can you supply one please?
The mounting point on this guard are 12x12 square, I doubt they will fit your chainset.
Will this chain guard fit to my CRG340-48T chainring?

the chainwheel set on my specialized Sirrus Sport is triple 26/36/48T, the distance between the screws holes on the 48T chainring is 122mm.
We have no experience of your bike/chainset, The distance is 121mm.

This bash ring fits to the outer chainring, this would not be suitable with the FC-TY33.

I'm trying to find a suitable chain guard for my Shimano FC-T4010 48/38/28 chainset. I asked for a recommendation and was told item 38689 would be the correct chain guard for use with my chainset. However, I'm headed out on a tour shortly and item 38689 won't be in stock for another month, so I'm wondering if this might fit as well.
