This chainguard fits in place of an outer chainring on a double/triple, can be made to fit as well as three rings by using longer bolts and 4.6mm spacers if the crank has enough space between the arm and the outer ring. If in doubt ring for advice.

Can I replace a 48t chainring whit this?

I have a triple shimano crankset 48-36-26 and I'd like to replace 48t chainring with a chainguard, could you please give me a suggestion?

Yes, you could just unbolt the outer and fit this, or fit XL bolts, spacers and this as a bash in the 4th ring position.

To use with your cranks 31813L150 - standard double bolts or something else?

Also please confirm - 107 BB for Rohloff chainline using 8540 splined carrier.

You will need to use a double chainring bolt, using the chainring in the middle position, you will need a 110mm BB.

What Length Of Bolt Do I Need To Fasten This Item?

I have triple chainrings on a Truvative crank. What length of bolt would I need to fasten this guard securely.

Hi, you will need the following, item #11987, item #254 x 2 to attach either side of the chainring sleeves & a pack of item #33189 to give you the correct 4.6mm of spacing. Regards
