Is that mech is compatible with XTR M9000 MTB shifter or with SL-RS700 Flat Bar Road shifter?
I know That XTR m9000 shifter doesn't work with ultegra 6800 rear mech

SJS Customer Service:
Hi,
This derailleur uses the same cable pull as Shimano's 11spd road groupsets so you would need to us the RS700 flat bar shifter. However if you were to fit a Shiftmate 8 you would be able to use the M9000 shifter.
Thanks.
