Hi Is this compatible with Supernova E3 light? Also, Can you connect the male connector to the Sinewave reactor and use in combination with Supernova light?
Yes, this will work, and you can connect the sinewave reactor by plugging it into the junction box.

There's a SON light that has this part incorporated but it's out of stock. Can I use this part with a SON Edelux II light and make my own version, albeit with some soldering?
Yes, you could do this- it's just a matter of soldering this to the Edelux input cable.

Can I easily the junction box with the Son Coaxial adapter with male connectionh
By

Can I used this item easily with this: https://www.sjscycles.co.uk/dynamos/schmidt-son-coaxial-adapter-w-male-connection/ in that does it the junction box have a female part to receive male connection? I know some soldering will be necessary however hopefully not too much
Yes, this part can be used with the coaxial adapter at the hun- you will need to solder the male connector onto the long wire of the junction. If you want to avoid the soldering SJS part 47420 would be suitable as this includes the Coaxial adapter.
