Hi, Can I use these forks on a 565L sherpa?

You COULD but the Axle to Crown measurement is a little longer so the head angle will slacken off a little, you could buy a 26 inch Thorn ST26 Steel Fork - Black (SJS Cycles part number : 27986s46) in offset 46mm, the Nomad fork is 48mm which WOULD sort out the change in head angle and ride OK. This fork has two holes only on one side (on the left side in the product image here), located on the other side of the fork from the V-brake boss. What exactly is supposed to be mounted there?
Those two holes are to fit a dynamo light.

Thanks
