Can I run 26" wheels on the Club Tour Mk4

Hi: I am interested in the Thorn Club Tour frameset and it seems like this https://www.sjscycles.co.uk/frames/thorn-club-tour-mk4-spluss-frame-610s-gunmetal-for-5052-mm-forks-seconds/?geoc=SG might fit my needs. However I currently run 26" tires and would like to continue using them. Do you reckon it will be ok to match my wheels to this frameset?

The Club Tour Mk4 is designed to run with either 700c or 650b, to run the bike with 26" tyres would lower the bottom bracket too much causing pedal strikes and it would affect the handling quite badly. SK 27/07/23
