How big is the extra bit?

The length and width that sticks below to spaced part, I like to know to plan to DIY second part, my bike is carbon with like 45mm wide location for a stopper for this to go against

The length is 25mm and the width is 12.5mm at the base of the mount and is 10mm at the tip.

Bolts for Thorn Steering lock limiter and steering lock striker

Received these 2 items from you the other day but when I went to install them, no bolts were provided. Do you sell the bolts? They are not in the product pictures but I just assumed they would come with the required bolts. Do you know what size bolts I need?
