Is this for a double or triple chainset?

I smashed my left gear lever on a fall and need a replacement Claris. I have a double chainset I just wanted to check these would be compatible as I’ve been looking around and some specifically say double or triple.

Can i use these as a replacement for the Claris 600 tri-colour

Current bike is an old Sunn and its running a Claris 600 Right lever 8 speed which has failed, The Left is purely a brake. I dont think this is the original set up its running a double ring which is still controlled via the lever on the cross member. Im looking for a replacement set of brake levers maybe with the option of converting the front derailleur to operate from the left lever but the main priority is to get shifting back to the right lever for the rear mech for now.

I note the product comes with gear cables, does that include housing? Would I need to order brake cable and housing separately? I‘ll be using teatro mini-V brakes so what cabling do you recommend? Thanks

Yes SP41 is the name for the outer gear cable. I'd suggest using Shimano Dura-Ace 9000 Road Brake Cable Set w/Polymer Coated Inner - Black (SJS Cycles part number : 51004) other colours are also stocked. RT 20/04/2020
