Can i use this to replace a STX RC MC38 pair

Yes the shifters will work, the brake levers are designed to work with Cantilever/Calliper braking systems not V brake. SK 23/01/23
Do these shifters come as a left and right pair: one for tripple ring and one for 8 speed cassette?
