These are an "A" match which indicates that the parts are the same in materials, appearance, finish & size etc.

If the correct B-Tension Adjusting Bolt is unavailable you can also use the B-Tension Adjusting Bolt from the following rear derailleurs:

- Shimano Deore XT RD-M761
- Shimano Deore XT RD-M760
- Shimano 105 RD-5600

These are a "B" match which indicates that the parts are usable, but differ in materials, appearance, finish & size etc.
