Are the bar ends slidable onto the handlebar?

Hi, please, are those bar ends slidable onto the handlebar? Does the handlebar go the way through or is there a stop (lock) on one side of the bar ends? Can I fully slide them onto the handlebar to use them as inner bar ends (the grip will come outwards of them)? thanks

You will simply need to remove the edge from the inner section, not a big job but would void any warranty etc.
