items included and what does "AM bearing" mean ?
By

Hi, does this kit include the elements present in the small kit "Easton M1-20 Front Bearing Drift Kit 12" (https://www.sjscycles.co.uk/hub-spares/easton-m120-front-bearing-drift-kit-12/) ?

Please, what does "AM bearing kit" mean ?

Best regards
Hi, it only has the components you see in the picture. AM bearings are used by Easton and Hope, however I have been unable to figure out what AM refers to. It might be to do with the angle of the bearing surfaces. Thanks
Is this a converter kit for Easton hub Ø size and spacing?

I need to convert my rear Easton X5 hub from 12x142 to 12x148mm so it is only the width that needs to change. But is this kit compatible? Thanks.
Hi there,

This is a bearing removal drift set. You are unable to convert that hub as it's not simply end caps that's the issue, like it is between most 135 & 142 hubs. Boost 148 is a redesign using a longer axle, so it affects the placement of the disc tabs as part of the overall width of the hub.

Thanks.
