Overall Product Rating 5 / 5
Big improvement over the original part

I recommend this product
ProsBall retainer is now rust-proof and is easier to slide over the pawls than the earlier metal part.
Water had entered the right-hand side of the gearbox and the outer ball race was badly rusted. The new part holds the ball bearings in a flexible plastic ring, which looks like a better, longer lasting, solution.

This Is Same To Sg7R45

I have SG7R45 NEXUS this is same to SG7R45
Hi,

Although this ball race and the one for your hub are very similar they probably aren't the same no. They could be but they both use different Shimano spare part's numbers which leads us to believe they are different. The correct part you require for SG-7R45 is still an available spare to buy at this time, so we could special order you one in if you wanted.

Thanks.
