What are the Outer and Inner Dimensions of this part please?

I've taken one out of stock and measured it and the outer diameter approx. 52mm inner diameter approx. 46.5mm.

Exchange with hsa438

Hi, I need to replace the ball cage in an AWC hub, and I tought, I would improve it a bit with a stiffer, plastic ball cage, if it is possible. So, I would like to ask, is it possible to exchange this ball cage with the hsa438? I mean, the ball diameter and the cage diameter could be the same? Thank you.
