Looking for axle to to be more. Secure than standard QR 135 skewer
Unfortunately you cannot convert from QR to nutted axle and it is a new hub option.

can I use this axle as front axle (100mm OLD) with bolt 10M. I have a Shimano XT Disc Hub Front M756 that I want to convert to solid axle. But I think the 10 x 1 mm Quick Release Hollow Axle 141mm will fit and will be lighter, isn't it?

Fork dropouts are normally only 9mm wide, the 10mm axle in your hub tapers down to 9mm for fitting within the dropout. So this axle would not fit your forks I'm afraid. If you're looking for a more secure connection of your front wheel we would recommend looking at an Allen key bolted skewer like the set from Halo which are SJSC part 21496.

Is This Axle Suitable To Use In A Shimano 600 Rear Hub?

Although the threads should be correct, as far as we're aware Shimano has always used 10x1mm threaded axles, the length will be longer than what was originally fitted into your hub meaning the ends of the axle may protrude the edges of the dropouts preventing you from getting the wheel tight. The 10x1mm axle in the 137mm length may be a better option but even then i can't know for sure if it will fit your hub/frame.
