Can This Hub Be Used On A Road Bike?

Is it sufficiently sealed for use in the wet?

Hi,

This hub can indeed be used on a road bike, although it uses sealed bearings there are no external seals on the hub so it would not last very long in wet and gritty conditions.

What is the axle diameter?
M9? 3/8"? M10?
