Like John's example, mine broke on it's own accord in the same place after about 300 miles. I don't know what else to replace it with, reluctantly taking a punt on another one.

Prosonly one available
A change of heart with this one. The bracket developed a fatigue fracture at the bend below the mounting bolt and broke in half after less than 25 miles of riding. I would suggest that the sheetmetal is too thin and the drainage hole is too close to the bend. Still not sure if mine was a genuine B+M item.

Prosit's this or nothing.
As far as I can tell, this is the only available for attaching certain types of lamp to a bike with cantilever brakes.
My installation required an M5 bolt to go into the fork and a few washers to pack out the joint between bracket and lamp. I ended up using a hex head screw with two washers under the head as applying a ring spanner from the side is easier than trying to thread an allen key into position.
Also, mine was not chrome/stainless as illustrated but painted black and I have to take the B+M provenance on trust as it is not marked in any way.

ConsSlot for accessing the mounting allen bolt akward unless you have ball ended keys.
Perfect for moving your main light off the handlebars to allow for a barbag or extra secondary lights.
