Having used many different types of Chinese 12v led lights they all have a dazzle effect on oncoming road users ,they also tend not to be waterproof.
This Edelux lives up to all its claims ....throwing a bright beam into the distance just where its needed. Other lights are brightest close to the bike ,distance illumination being poor .Battery drain is also less ,the builds excellent...no water troubles .Yup its pricey... but for serious winter night owls worth it
