Details
With a brand-new IQ Tec P mirror from the specialists at Busch and Muller the new Edelux 2 leaves the older model literally in the shadows. The light field is twice as wide and focused mainly in the distance, putting most of the light further down the road allowing you to better assess whats coming, whilst still not leaving a 'dim' patch infront of the rider.

Can I connect to B&M rear toplight and hub Vélo Charger with Son 28 Dynamo installed?
By

Hello. I am interested in replacing my B&M Lumotec I Q2 (the model standard on 2016 fahrradmanufaktur TX400) with the Son Edelux II. The switch on the B&M Lumotec I Q2 is damaged not allowing me to switch between the Adept Electronics hub Vélo Charger and just powering the light with my Son 28 Hub. Would the Son Edelux II with coaxial adapter have a rear light connection to connect to the B&M toplight flat already connected to the rear of the bike? Also would the pre-fitted coaxial connector on the Edelux II allow me to switch between powering the light and the Adept Electronics hub Vélo Charger? I hope my questions are clear. Thank you.
Yes, this will work as a replacement, as the junction box will allow you to connect a USB charger.

Please email [email protected] for further info so we can best assist.

Diameter of male coax terminal?
By
15 Apr 2019
This may seem an odd question, but what is the maximum diameter of the male plug at the end of the coax cable? I have a fork that provides internal routing of the hub-to-lamp lead. I'd like to know if I can get away with not having to solder the plug after threading the line. Thanks.
Hi
The coaxial cable on the male plug at its widest point has a diameter of 6.51mm, we hope this helps.

Dynamo lighting

I have a SON deluxe disc hub. I want to set it up with the edelux front light but want to be able to charge my gps when not using the light. What would I need to set this up or should I consider a different light with a usb output? Thanks.
We would recommend using a SON 28 hub, the delux is the lighter weight hub designed for lighting and not so much for charging.
