I recommend this product
Waterproof. Easy to attach/remove. Rock solid when attached with no sway. Strap easy to stow away.

I have a rack with a very narrow top. The spec for the bag claim 60mm min but even so I was nervous when I ordered. It took less than 5 minutes with an allen key (supplied with the bag) to be very impressed.

When attached its very secure, yet can be removed in a second by just pushing on the clip hidden just under the bag's base. The clip is removeable but if left in place its very unlikely to drop out or get damaged (even so Ortlieb do include two clips with the bag).

The outside pockets aren't waterproof, but they're fine for many of the small things you might need to remove from the bike whilst parked - lights, computer, gloved, etc.

The couple of video reviews I found had problems with unzipping. However, they seem to have not noticed that the flaps at both ends can be unclipped so that you can unzip in a straight line rather than round a 90 degree bend.
