20kg weight limit?

Hi, does this replacement block support 20kg and so allow racks such as https://www.sjscycles.co.uk/carriers-racks/hh-titanium-front-rack-black/ to be used to their maximum capacity?

SJS Customer Service:

No, these are 10kg max, the load bearing is simply on the two bolts into the frame!
