Please Note: No Reflectors Included

Previously known as ESGE Chromoplastics, SKS are the Rolls-Royce of mudguards; they are virtually unbreakable and are very elegant. Their beauty is not just skin-deep. The stainless steel v-shaped stays make for easy fitting and the quick release Secu-clips are far safer than standard fixings, preventing front wheel lock up in case of a foreign object getting trapped between guard and wheel. The mudguards have no sharp edges and are amazingly flexible. The production process of fine aluminium foil is encapsulated within a matris of high performance plastic. This process provides high resistance to corrosion resulting in great flexibility.

I recommend this product
Prosquality, good price, robust
Really like these. Fitted to a long haul trucker frame with 26" wheels. Easy to fit, good quality construction of the mudguards and fittings. I would have liked an extra bracket to allow for flexibility in fitting the bracket supplied to the frame, but, hey ho. I read some threads on the internet in which people complained about having to cut the fitting rods to size.....and some odd methods too. All that is needed is to carefully measure and mark the rods, put them in a vice and cut with a hacksaw. I like the look of the mudguards too...(black).

Does The Rear Guard Bolt To A Seat Stay Bridge?
21 Mar 2017
I run an MTB with touring tyres, these look OK. Rear guard:Apart from the stays provided, I'll be bolting to a bridge between the seat stays - I don't see a bracket for that illustrated - is one provided? - its usually a clip on bit. I'll also be bolting to a tiny bridge between the chain stays a hole is needed in the mudguard - is one provided? I drilled my own in another guard and it allowed water to seep between the laminates making a horrible mess. What is the bracket in the illustration about 50mm up from the front end of the rear guard? is it removable?

cheers Tony

There is a seatstay bridge fitting supplied that is removable and can be adjusted. The bracket shown in the images is for fitting to the chainstay bridge, this bracket can be removed also.

I Have A Fuji 650 Fixed, Would This Fit My Bike Alright?
10 Jul 2014

Without having your bike here we can't say for definite, but these mudguards should be large enough to clear the size of 650C tyres. They will however be much wider than your tyres as they're designed for relatively wide tyres.

Size Of Mudguard

are these suitable for a 26x1.75 tyre?
or do you do a wide mudguard of this type for 26" wheel

We do the SKS Chromoplastics in a larger size, they are listed under a different part number though. The SJSC part number for those is 665. You'll just need to select the P65 option from the dropdown menu.

Are These Good For 700 23C Tyres?
24 Oct 2013

No I'm afraid you'll need the 700c specific mudguards to work with 700c wheels. The comparable SKS Chromoplastic's in 700c are SJSC part number: 664.
