Consnone so far
ProsQuality, comfort, grip.
Fitted these pedals recently, quality seems v good with a smooth running bearing. Wide and comfortable, suits me as a toeclip rider v well. Good grip, and a variety of shoes just fit securely on to them. I guess the width might present problems with grounding on corners on small / low frames, but I have not found it an issue.

Very pleased.

ConsNot much as far as I can see
ProsSmooth, look great, serviceable and rugged
Pedals seem super smooth from new and look superb. I don't see any point messing about with them when new. Give them a few hundred miles to bed in and then give em a once over and grease/ adjust if necessary. Should last a long time !

Received order very quickly as usual. More experienced cyclists than me recommend stripping and greasing before use. But why don't SJS sell the special dust cap tool that enables you to remove the cap without damaging the pedal?
Will post a review after a few months use.

Consnone for me
Prosnice flat pedals, last a lifetime
I've seen a lot of people mention that the grip is a little lacking on these pedals. I haven't found that, but I do wear good walking boots when riding, so it may be my deeper treads that hold me in place. I haven't needed to add grease as they were free running when I got them.

They look good and they do the job.

ConsA little heavy, not that grippy
ProsRebuildable quality smooth when set up.
Well constructed smooth running pedals that should last a life time.Could have better grip.Take them apart grease and adjust bearings before, fitting mine were running tight with little grease.
