In order to know what spare parts are available and compatible with your Shimano rear derailleur you will need the Shimano "RD code".
This denotes the model and series of your derailleur.
If you need our help finding parts and spares we will ask you for the Shimano code of your component.
The RD code (Highlighted in Blue) is on the inside face of the swing arm.
