Spoke hole diameter? Is the weight correct? (Heavier is better for me!)

I am looking at this to replace a Weinmann Goliath on a cargo bike (Radwagon 3) as the dimensions and intended use seem similar
How larage are the spoke holes?
The current rim is laced with 12g spokes and the nipples use a 3.96mm spoke key.
Is the weight correct or is the rim brake version of this rim stronger/heavier?
