The B135 is one of Brooks' most heavily-sprung models, featuring double rear coil springs and a double loop front spring. Seating comfort is accounted for by the leather top, which has the same shape of Brooks' well known B66 model.

ConsNeeds specific seatpost and adapter
ProsBombproof, beautiful
Great saddle. I’m 145kg and I have this and the B190 on two of my Surly bikes. Buy a single bolt seatpost and a saddle sandwich double rail adapter as the clamp it comes with is rubbish. If you’re a heavy rider I do recommend buying a couple of spare front spring clips and corresponding nut and bolt assemblies as mine worked loose and pinged off on a ride. I had to hold the saddle together with Gorilla tape. Also I reckon that if anything will shear, it will be these pieces as they are under a phenomenal amount of tension. That said, never had one go yet in that way but better safe than sorry. I still give this saddle five for five! It won’t let you down.

Bought to replace cheap plastic saddle on my ebay bargain Pashley Roadster, really suits the bike.
A minor issue that was resolved in record time, literally next day, was that one of the rear spring nuts had unscrewed and lost. An email to sjs and the replacement was with me the next day, brilliant service, thank you.
