I recommend this product
ConsPedal bob only gear spinning.
ProsSmoother on the harsh undulations of road/track surfaces.
I've been using this for a few weeks now. I have it set on the firmer setting. It's good for cushioning out major bumps, smaller potholes and where tree roots are pushing up the surface. If you have it too soft you will get pedal bob in low gear spinning.

I recommend this product
ConsPrice but this has to be balanced with the engineering design of the product.
ProsComfort riding, adds protection to your body from pot holes and ruts in the road.
Wonderful piece of kit added to my Giant Ebike. No more harsh bumps to my private parts. Smooths out the ride perfectly. Well worth the cost. I would recommend this part with no reservations.

Sadly we don't currently have this in stock to measure the seatback and suggest contacting the manufacturer directly for more info in the meantime.

Will this fit the stokers seat tube on our Raven Twin?

Also, description states rider weight 60-100 kg will this be okay for a rider less than 60kg?
HI, this would likely be fine but the suspension effect won't work as effectively as it's tuned based on rider weight. The lighter the rider the firmer the ride would feel.

Can I use this on my Scott Atacama Comp hybrid - the seat post aperture is 270mm?

Bike originally came with a suspension seat post but Scott no longer seem to make one. What do you recommend - this or a Humpert? I'd pay up to, say, £80 but the bike is 20 plus years old so don't want to go much above that. The current seat post is a 250mm Ritchie (no suspension)and the ride is very harsh.
This is higher quality than the £60 Humpert, it also uses the superior bushing / suspension design similar to a CaneCreek. This will be a "better" post if you are willing to spend the extra.

Replacing my Thudbuster LT
By
09 Jul 2019
My old Thudbuster LT was 385mm. Should I be using a 350mm or 400mm Suntour on my Sterling 590L built 2009?
Without knowing how much seat post was in the bike we can only advise go longer to ensure you have enough post.
