My 24t SCRAM cassette cog works well with my Shimano Alfine 11 speed internal hub and 34t chainring. It gives me the lowest gearing possible.

ProsFits Shimano Alfine UGH
I bought the 24T SRAM cog to fit on my Shimano Alifine 11 speed internal gear hub. I believe it is intended for the Sturmey Archer 3 speed hubs, although the product description is sketchy. This 24T sprocket allows me very low gearing to climb the long steep hills here in Seattle in the USA. The 24T fit perfectly and works great. An easy change if you need lower gearing to climb hills. I believe it would work on the Nexus hubs too, but have not tried that combo.

I see you are out of stock of this sprocket type. I'm searching for a 19T version of this for my children bike with SRAM T3 hub. Is there any other sprockets compatible with this original sprocket with identical offset and grooves suited for the dust cap? E.g. Shimano or other?

Kindly regards,
yes the Sturmey Archer 19T Sprocket - 3/32 Dished C.P. - HSL858 (SJS Cycles part number : 19354) will fit RT

Can this be used with an Alfine 8 hub
25 Apr 2019
Is this suitable for an Alfine 8 hub gear please?

Hi there,

yes, this should work with an Alfine hub.

How thick is it? Will it be usable with an 11/128 chain?
15 Oct 2017
Will it be usable with an 11/128” (9/10/11 speed) chain? The shimano 16T is about 2.05mm to 2.1mm which is border line but really more suitable for 3/32. If it’s narrow enough for an 11/128 chain it will mate well with narrow/wide chainrings.

Also the sram manual states that flipping it from being dished in or out changes the chainline by 6mm which suggests it’s at least 3mm dished, if not more.

This sprocket can be used with an 11/128 chain absolutely fine. The sprocket is approximately 5mm thick.

Will These Sprockets Fit A Sachs Torpedo Dreigang?

Your hub still uses the standard 3-notch sprocket fitting so you should be fine to fit this sprocket.

What Is The Smallest Number Of Teeth Possible?

is 16t the smallest SRAM offset sprocket?
or is there 15t or 14t?

I'm afraid the smallest sized offset sprockets available from Sram are the 16T ones.

What Is The Offset Of These Sprockets?

All of these sprockets use a 2mm offset.
