Lasts well and does the job perfectly. I'd prefer thicker leather myself. The old Binda toestraps were really good and slightly better quality, but today the other options seemed to be overpriced

I bought the black Christophe toe straps. The leather is 2.5 mm thick and stiff when unwrapped. Treatment with Brooks Proofide is recommended to impart extra flex. Once treated, the straps thread through a quill pedal cage without problems and readily twist to hold in place. Strap length is more than sufficient for my size 9 (43) shoes and I trimmed the excess. The leather is cleanly cut and the buckle opens smoothly. A quality product.
