no idea what size I would need and please let me which products allow me to tighten up with some fabric clips doobreys

Hi,

There is not set size as it can vary depending on your footwear and personal preference. A good guide is that mediums suit size in the range of 6-8, large suits 8-10 and extra large is for 10 and larger. Any of MKS' Alpha toe straps are suitable for use with these clips.
