I recommend this product

Good tyre but expensive! Rolls really well and good in all weather conditions. Limited off road use, only suitable for gravel canal towpath and not much else worse than that. A good buy (If you can afford it). Easy to put on folding tyre with reflective sidewall.

ProsSmooth ride, low resistance

Bought this on Robin Thorn's recommendation as a replacement tyre for my cherished Thorn tandem. Early days but seems to ride extremely well - probably better than the Panaracers it came with, certainly better than anything else I've tried over the years.

Are these compatible with inner tubes and clincher rims please?

Do you have a non folding Marathon Supreme 26 * 1.6 version of this tyre?

Do you have a non folding version of this tyre? Currently I have a non folding version which have performed well on two long distance tours of 3000 miles but I'm finding it difficult to find the same tyre.
I'm planning a trip to Chile and I understand that the folding versions have thinner side walls so I'm nervous, that on dirt roads, they maybe less resilient.

I see from another question the 26" version of this isn't tubeless, are there any 559 tubeless road/touring tyres available?

Tandem use?

I use the older version of this tyre on our Thorn tandem but noticed that the max load for this is 100kg - is it OK for tandems still?

This version of the tyre is designed for use with a tube. Schwalbe only offer the tubeless ready tyres in some of the 700c sizes not any of the 26
