For the front we use the one that is with the lamp ?

Yes the front light will have wiring provided, it depends on which rear light you use as to whether that is provided or not.

If I buy this wheel, do I need to buy
"Brompton Replacement Hub Dynamo Wiring Loom Only" or it is included with the wheel like in the Brompton Son kit ?
