Cyclo workstation floor mounting.

Is this part the vertical section that the clamp head fits onto.
The upright tube part.
Does it have a working height adjustment.

This is just the lower part, you will need the upper parts and head from the STMOD40 Bicycle Stand. SK 15/04/24
