Yes, they are both 11 speed Shimano, no issues.

Can I use this instead of a 6800 cassette

I am trying to to replace my 6800 28T with a 6800 32T which no-one seems to have. Would the 8000 cassette be compatible ? either the 30T or the 32T. I have already ordered the longer cage parts to convert my currently short cage derailleur.
