During the current period of disruption due to the Global COVID 19 Virus pandemic we are as you would expect experiencing delays in order processing and delivery.
Our couriers are not guaranteeing express deliveries and we expect a reduced service in some areas.
Export orders will be more affected by both our and your Governments restrictions.

UK Mainland Delivery Charges:

All solo bicycle orders that are dispatched to UK mainland addresses attract a delivery charge of £50. Tandem cycles can be delivered at a cost of £90 to UK mainland addresses. Bikes to the Northern Ireland and other off shore UK destinations may attract a surcharge.

Please note all weights below include packaging, some items have large volumetric weights (handlebars, mudguards, rims etc) which may put them into higher postage brackets.

Accessory orders to UK addresses weighing less than 1Kg attract a delivery charge of £3.50.

Most other UK Mainland accessory orders are charged a flat rate of £5.50. There may be some items that exceed our Courier's dimension restriction;  the delivery cost will be shown at the shopping basket.

The Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands attract higher postage rates and are calculated by weight. This website will calculate the actual cost of delivery after you have added the items you would like to purchase to your shopping basket, registered as a customer and submitted a delivery address.

A Courier delivery service is available for UK addresses starting from £7.50 for Parcel Force and £15.00 for DHL and increasing depening on size and weight of the parcel and where it is being delivered. (Courier orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be despatched on the same day).  A signature will be required on delivery. Please supply a contact phone number. This service is trackable.

UK Standard orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class in most cases or Parcelforce if the Courier Service is selected and paid for. Large deliveries and bikes are sent via courier.

If we have used a courier to ship your parcel they will provide tracking details to the email address you gave us.

All Export Deliveries:

Due to Covid-19 we can only offer a courier service to international customers. The website will calculte the price when the address is provided. 

All orders dispatched to addresses outside the UK mainland will attract a variable delivery charge.

This website will calculate the actual cost of delivery after you have added the items you would like to purchase to your shopping basket, registered as a customer and submitted a delivery address.

We may use a signed for service for export orders so your order can be tracked. This does increase the cost of shipping but adds security to the safe transit of your order. The tracked service also has a quicker arrival time over the untracked choice.

Any orders being exported with a packed weight under 100grams can be sent untracked to offer a cheaper postage option for small items. If selecting the untracked method please be aware that this shipping method will take longer than the tracked method - anything up to 30 working days is to be expected.

If you require an alternative express courier service we can obtain a quote for you. Please email us to request this prior to ordering with the full order information (item numbers and quantity) and delivery address details including a telephone number.

Processing Times
All orders placed via the Internet are batch processed at 08.30, 10:00 and 14.00 Monday to Friday during our normal opening hours.

No orders are processed over the weekend or Bank Holidays.

Orders are normally dispatched within one business day of our receipt, however during COVID this has increaded to 5 working days. However orders placed over the weekend may take an extra day to process due to the volume we deal with on Mondays. This may increase to 7 or 8 working days following public holidays etc.

If your order has an important deadline such as being essential for an upcoming event or holiday we recommend you choose a Courier delivery option. Please note couriers do not guarantee delivery times or service.

The dispatch information will be updated in your online account and sent via automated email at the close of business on the day your parcel leaves us.

Stock shortages are notified as we process orders by e-mail, telephone or post (last resort only). We attempt to keep all items in stock.

Our standard mainland delivery service takes approximately 3 working days from time of dispatch. Delays can and do occur due to fluctuations in demand, extreme weather events etc.

Export delivery times vary and are dependent on the destination country.

Deliveries are made between 0700 and 1900 hours Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

Most deliveries will require some one to sign for the parcel.

If the parcel is very small the postman may put it through your letterbox.

Order Amendments / Cancellations:

If you need to cancel your order and you have an account with us you can do this in the my account area of the website if we have not started processing it.
If there is no cancel option your order will be being processed, you need to email us to cancel or make changes.
If you have an account cancelling an order and placing a new order is the quickest way of changing or amending your order.

If you do not have an account and you need to make any amendments or cancellations please do so in writing. Please email [email protected].

We ask that it is in writing to minimise any risk of error or confusion. Ensure you include your web order number and contact details including a telephone number so we can contact you should any issues arise. Once the amendment is made you will be contacted to confirm.

If it is a Courier Delivery order or it is urgent please also call us on 01278 441500 and provide us with your web order number so we can put your order on hold awaiting your email.

Please be aware that any amendments or additions will slow down our processing and despatch of your order.
